For the purposes of this privacy policy, the following terms are understood as follows:

    • Administrator – administrator of personal data within the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data
    • User – any entity browsing the Website
    • GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

Personal data

Providing personal data is always voluntary.
The user may provide his personal data using the forms available on the website:

The User’s personal data is processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the User and in cases where the Administrator is authorized to process personal data on the basis of legal provisions or for the purpose of implementing the contract concluded between the parties.

Personal data is collected with due diligence and properly protected against access by unauthorized persons. The administrator ensures that all security and protection measures for personal data are taken and guarantees that personal data will be kept confidential. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in:

    • GDPR
    • the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services.

Purpose and activities of data processing

Contact form
A user who wants to send an inquiry via the contact form must provide their e-mail address and name. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to send an inquiry.
The data provided in the contact form will be processed in order to respond to the sent inquiry, and the basis for their processing is the User’s consent resulting from the initiation of contact.

Cookie files

The website uses cookies to ensure its best functioning. Cookies are small text information stored on the end device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone) that can be read by the Website’s system.
The user may opt out of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in the configuration of web browser.
If the User does not block cookies in his browser, it means that he agrees to:

    • saving cookies on the device used to browse the Website,

  • Google Analytics – a tool provided by Google LLC, used to track Users’ activity on the Website, which the Website uses to create statistics and analyzes in order to optimize the Website and the content available on the Website.

All entities entrusted with the processing of personal data guarantee the use of appropriate measures for the protection and security of personal data required by law.

Server logs

Using the Website involves sending queries to the server where the Website is stored. Each query sent is saved in the server logs. Logs are stored on the server and contain, among others: the User’s IP address, server date and time, information about the web browser and operating system.
The data stored in the server logs are in no way associated with specific entities using the Website. Server logs are part of website administration, and their content is not disclosed to anyone except persons authorized to administer the server.

User rights

In connection with the processing of personal data, the User has the following rights:

    • the right to access his personal data,
    • the right to rectify personal data,
    • the right to delete personal data or limit their processing,
    • the right to object to data processing,
    • the right to transfer data,
    • the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, if the User has previously given such consent,
    • the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
